Kate Paniccia has been a part of the Meade Lexus of Lakeside family for over 20 years, starting as a receptionist and working part-time while attending college. Little did she know that her part-time job would become a full-time career. Now serving as the general manager, Kate’s top priority is customer service. Her goal is to create a memorable experience for each customer that visits or contacts Meade Lexus of Lakeside. Time is valuable for customers, says Kate, so she strives to make the most of it for them, and always looks for an opportunity to add a personal touch. Outside of work, Kate enjoys watching her children grow up, spending time with her family and traveling to new places.
When Danielle joined the Meade Lexus family nearly 20 years ago, she never expected her summer job as a service administrator would lead to a long and rewarding career in customer service. As service manager, she is passionate about meeting and exceeding the expectations of every customer who visits the dealership. She treats every client like a guest in her own home, and she works with the most qualified service advisors and technicians in the field to ensure that each client receives the best service possible. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys camping and spending time with her children, friends and family.
