3 Winter Payment Waiver Program runs from Jan. 11, 2012-May 1, 2012 for eligible customers who finance or lease an eligible new 2012/2013 Lexus vehicle through Lexus Financial Services (LFS) and their participating Lexus dealer, AND present the Payment Waiver Lease Certificate. The following benefits apply: LFS waives up to six remaining lease payments on their current vehicle, mileage charges assessed only on the portion that exceeds the total mileage allowed on the original lease, security deposit waived on new 2012/2013 Lexus vehicle. Lease Payment Waiver conditions, restrictions, and customer eligibility guidelines: 1. Lessees currently leasing a Lexus vehicle (new or Certified) that has a 24-60 month term with an original maturity date or extended maturity date of March 11, 2012 - Sept. 4, 2012 and who meet certain criteria will receive this offer (i.e., lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are excluded from this program as well as lessees with 1Pay contracts or open end leases.) Please note: Not all maturing customers will qualify for the Payment Waiver program. 2. Customers have the choice of either participating in the Payment Waiver Program or purchasing their lease vehicle. They cannot do both. 3.
