“We had trouble with our headrest DVD players. Lindsay was really patient with us. She even drove the car around and used multiple DVDs to try and reproduce the problem we were having. She eventually replaced the unit and everything is now working perfectly. The dealership was very prompt and always had a loner car available, so there was no inconvenience whatsoever. I have had service work done on many different makes of cars but in all of that time I have never had a more convenient and pleasant experience with a service department than in this case.
